Human Resources and Support Management
Human Resources and Support Management, as one of the main pillars of any organization, works towards achieving employee satisfaction and organizational goals, and is responsible for collecting information and planning in the areas of personnel and administrative affairs of employees, comprehensive and extensive and frequent communication with employees, use of incentive schemes, creating appropriate procedures for handling complaints, making payments commensurate with performance, attracting and retaining skilled employees, institutionalizing new approaches, recruitment, selection and promotion, as well as planning in order to properly distribute human resources in the required units.
Main Duties:
Human Resources
- Providing appropriate solutions to increase the productivity of human, financial and physical resources of the Board.
- Designing, establishing and implementing the performance evaluation system of employees and managers of the Board.
- Preparing, reviewing and updating the required organizational structure of the Board using organizational standards.
- Preparing and compiling periodic performance reports of the Board's employees.
- Carrying out procurement and support in accordance with legal processes and the laws and regulations of the Board of Trustees as follows:
Services
- Catering, formalities, service affairs and cleaning
- Maintaining and optimizing the headquarter building
Support Affairs, Procurement and Purchasing
- Administrative purchases and other related matters related to the needs assessment carried out at the request of the relevant units.
- Purchasing all the needs of the department, including hardware and required items.
- Preparing and providing the needs of staff welfare and sports affairs.
Secretariat
- Delivering, receiving and registering incoming and outgoing letters (companies, patients, clients, ....)
Transportation Affairs
- Coordinating all matters related to the transfer of employees for assigned missions of personnel, in various parts of the city.
