Comptroller and General Department of Financial Affairs
  • Preparing and compiling necessary financial information and reports in various cases, including receipts, payments, credits, and commitments, to be submitted to the relevant authorities.
  • Spending the Board of Trustees' credits according to the approved detailed budget and within the framework of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Preparing and compiling the financial statements of the Board of Trustees along with its subsidiaries, obtaining the relevant approval, and sending it to the competent authorities.
  • Supervising the preservation and maintenance of the Board of Trustees' movable and immovable property and registering the complete specifications of the property in the books and maintaining the property account in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
  • Paying all government sector expenses based on the allocated and received credits.
  • Preparing and compiling necessary reports on the status of credits and financial operations of the Board of Trustees, to be submitted to the authorized officials.
  • Reviewing the Board of Trustees' expense documents within the framework of laws and regulations.
  • Reviewing the Board of Trustees' bank accounts and preparing a reconciliation statement.
  • Supervising and controlling the timely receipt and deposit of revenues into the relevant accounts.
  • Cooperating with the Planning Department and providing cost information for the purpose of preparing and compiling the annual budget of the Board of Trustees.
  • Organizing related activities, dividing work, and determining the duties, responsibilities, and authority of the supervised employees.
  • Preparing and compiling letters, instructions, etc., referred by the President of the Board.
  • Providing the account of receipts and payments and government sector statements at legal deadlines.
  • Matching the goods in the warehouse with the accounting system during inventory by providing the necessary instructions.
  • Registering in the tax system, submitting tax returns, preparing and registering purchase and sale transactions, and sending a list of seasonal value-added transactions.
